Only registered guests are granted access, ensuring security and preventing unauthorized entry. The apartment itself has two rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed for up to two people. The living room includes a sofa, table, cabinet, and a kitchenette. Basic kitchen equipment includes a stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and dishes. The living room is equipped with a fan, and the bedroom has air conditioning. The apartment has its own small, quiet terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The apartment has a good internet connection, allowing for streaming. Therefore, there is no television.

There are two cats on the property that keep mice and other rodents away from the grounds. As someone with a cat allergy, I do not allow the cats inside the apartment.
