The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed for up to two people and a spacious wardrobe with an integrated safe. The living room, with a sofa and sun lounger, offers access to a private terrace. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a large refrigerator with an ice maker, a gas hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and dishes. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the bedroom also has air conditioning. The apartment includes a private, quiet terrace with a table and four chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The apartment has a good internet connection, allowing for streaming. Therefore, there is no television.

There are two cats in the complex that keep mice and other rodents away from the grounds. As someone with a cat allergy, I leave the… Cats are not allowed in the apartment.
