The smallest apartment features one bedroom and one living room, and access to a private pool shared by the six apartments. The complex is located in the gated community of Jan Sofat. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed for up to two people and a spacious wardrobe with an integrated safe. The living room, with a sofa, table, and sun lounger, offers access to the private terrace and pool. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area.

… The complex is located within the gated community “Jan Sofat.” Only registered guests are granted access, ensuring a high level of security. The apartment itself has two rooms. The bedroom features a box-spring bed for up to two people and a spacious wardrobe with an integrated safe. The living room, with a sofa and table, provides access to the private terrace and pool. The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a large refrigerator, a gas hob, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, and dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the bedroom also has air conditioning. The apartment includes a private, quiet terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The apartment has a good internet connection for streaming. Therefore, there is no television.

There are two cats in the complex that keep mice and other rodents away from the grounds. As someone with a cat allergy, I keep the cats away. Not allowed in the apartment rooms.

Shopping facilities are located approximately 3 km away.
