About our facilities
All of our apartments are brand new (building was finalized in November 2008/May 2009/January 2012); already today you can look forward to an outstandingly stylistic and tasteful furnishing realized with selected materials. Big shutter windows and doors in all our apartments allow the wind to pass through gently, creating a wonderfully refreshing and healthy climate. Of course, there is always the option of using the air conditioning on especially hot nights. Outside, each apartment offers a private wooden terrace.
Our location
The apartments are situated in the gated community of Jan Sofat of the Spanish Water Resort – a top address, as it is very popular due to the fact that this quarter has many beautiful houses and tropical gardens, and it takes only 10 minutes to drive to Willemstad. Additionally, it is nice to know that due to the 24-hour security, Jan Sofat belongs to the most protected communities on the island.
