Apartments and studios

All of our apartments are brand new (building was finalized in November 2008/May 2009); already today you can look forward to an outstandingly stylistic and tasteful furnishing realized with selected materials. Big shutter windows and doors in all our apartments allow the wind to pass through gently, creating a wonderfully refreshing and healthy climate. Of course, there is always the option of using the air conditioning on especially hot nights. Outside, each apartment offers a private wooden terrace.

The apartments are situated in the gated community of Jan Sofat of the Spanish Water Resort - a top address, as it is very popular due to the fact that this quarter has many beautiful houses and tropical gardens, and it takes only 10 minutes to drive to Willemstad. Additionally, it is nice to know that due to the 24-hour security, Jan Sofat belongs to the most protected communities on the island.

In the garden, Misa palm trees, Chinese Fern and Manila palm trees, along with other tropical greenery are illuminated by indirect lighting installed in the ground. Around the entire pool area, there is a new wooden terrace on which it is a pleasure to walk barefoot.

The new Leguan (Iguana) Apartment provides an extraordinarily sophisticated bathroom (additional second sink, bidet, additional second mirror with optical magnification, two shower heads and whole-body mirror in the shower section). The Pelican apartment offers the most luxurious furnishing of all our apartments. A huge kitchen, perfectly equipped for enjoyable cooking sessions as well as the 52” mega size TV with Dolby surround system will make your stay a very special experience.

There is one important thing that we would like to let you know:
When we are asked: "What is your aim for the future?"
Our answer is simple! We just wish that our future guests perfectly enjoy their stay at Frangipani Apartments as all our previous guests, who already visited us!

Yours sincerely,
Thoralf Baecker and Friederike Klostermeyer
